1.  Do I have to send out the mortgage newsletters myself?

No.  The Hot Lead Machine is a turnkey system.  After registering, the only other items we needed from you are a picture in a .JPG or .GIF format (600 dpi, 2" x 2.875"), and your mailing list in comma-delimited format or Excel file.  Any basic digital camera can shoot a high-enough resolution photograph for our process.
 

2.  What is comma-delimited format?

Comma-delimited format is a simple, standardized format for storing address data.  Most programs that deal with the storage of names and addresses have the ability to output them into a comma-delimited format.  Your mailing list may be submitted in this format or in a columned Excel file.  The fields should be separated as follows:

FirstName,LastName,Address,City,State,ZIP

3.  How long after I complete the registration before my first mailing is sent out?

Once you complete the order form, send us your picture, and send us your mailing list, you will be entered into the system for the next monthly mailing.  All mailings are sent out near the 1st of the month and should arrive during the second or third week of the month (using standard mail).

5.  How much does it cost?

A one-time set up fee of $100.00.  (Set up fee waived this month only!)

A monthly subscription fee of $50.

Each unit (piece) costs $1.05 folded, tabbed and mailed

6.  How often is the mortgage newsletter mailed to my clients?

The mortgage newsletter is mailed once per month or every other month

7.  How much of my time will this take?

You are only responsible for emailing your picture along with your client list.  We can provide advice on how best to structure your client list for our process.

9.  Why is the hot lead machine the best lead-generating newsletter in the mortgage industry?

The Hot Lead Machine is the ONLY full color mortgage newsletter service available in the industry. Others claim to be "full color" but in fact your picture, the most important item on the entire publication, is in black and white!  If you have included your colorful company logo, it will be in black and white, too!  This is because they are using an inexpensive printing process that does not compare with our state-of-the-art digital production center.

The newsletter features compelling articles that home owners actually want to read versus "fluff articles" that competing mortgage newsletters use. This powerful combination of quality content and professional appearance "soft-sells" your clients. Every edition features at least one or more "calls to action."  These are areas integrated within a featured article suggesting for them to contact their "mortgage professional" (You!) for more advice about their current home loan situation. It builds and maintains trust and rapport with your clients to promote a highly professional image for you and your services.
 

10.  Is there a minimum order?

11.  Can I include my company's logo in the mortgage newsletter?
